Flatchr is a SaaS solution for recruiters (HR, managers, company directors, etc.) that simplifies the acquisition and management of job applications, as well as multi-posting job offers on over a hundred job boards. The tool is easy to use, and saves time by centralizing recruitment in one place, and optimizing recruitment campaigns.
Flatchr believes that to recruit the right people, you need to recruit together. The company has designed and developed its tool so that each user can play an active role in recruiting future employees for their company.
This is based on three main principles. The tool must be:
- quick and easy – no more time-consuming tasks with no added value, and you can concentrate on what’s really important, i.e. human exchanges and the correct qualification of profiles,
- collaborative – recruitment is also a matter for operational staff and managers. Involving them fully in the process and giving them a sense of responsibility for this mission helps reduce the risk of making a mistake about a future employee,
- turned employer brand – Flatchr wants recruitment to be interactive between company and candidate. For them, all candidates must be considered, i.e. each one must have an answer and none must be left out. All the while offering a dynamic and memorable candidate experience.
