Outlook is an e-mail and calendar management program developed by Microsoft. It is used to manage business communications, organize appointments and meetings, and share information with colleagues.

The main features are:

calendar management (scheduling and managing appointments and meetings, and sharing calendars with colleagues),
task management (create task lists and assign them to team members),
connectivity to other applications (Outlook can be connected to other Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, for better integration of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation functions).

Integration with Lucca

Timmi Office and Timmi Absences integrate with Outlook to display absences, teleworking days and on-site presences in calendars. Display depends on the synchronization configuration (with or without label display).
