Semana is an online solution that organizes telecommuting schedules while simplifying workspace allocation. The solution integrates with HRIS tools as well as Google, Microsoft, and Slack.

Employees and managers can:

  • Declare their week and choose their workspaces (zones/desks) in a few clicks,
  • Easily organize to meet the right people, in the right place, at the right time (who is coming when?, who is sitting where? etc).

HR managers and workspace managers can:

  • Control employees’ presence calendar and their remote working policy,
  • Manage space occupancy and easily handle flex-office rules and meeting room reservations,
  • Automate the management of active employees (provisioning, mapping, etc.) and centralize data with their HRIS,
  • Avoid double data entry.
