Maplab offers a tool for monitoring and steering home-work commutes, enabling you to: diagnose the impact of home-work commutes (travel time, CO2, health, etc.), project yourself into a sustainable future (pro-bike, carpooling, working in third places) and define an action plan to get there.

The main features are:

• measuring the impact of employee journeys on: carbon footprint, commuting time, purchasing power, physical activity,
• projection (Simulation) into a sustainable future: pro-bike, carpooling, new working hours, job swapping to bring employees closer to home,
• measurement of the socio-economic risk of inaction (absenteeism, recruitment difficulties, etc.),
• definition of an action plan.

The Maplab data that will be synchronized as part of this integration is:  

• name,
• first name,
• personal address,
• work address,
• start and end dates of absence or teleworking,
• amount of public transport fare reimbursement (personalized data).
