Pyla coordinates HR, IT and General Services to manage requests for the allocation of hardware, software access, badges, cars and more.

Main features

The main features are:

• catalog of resources (hardware and software) used by employees and contractors,catalogue des ressources (matériel et logiciel) utilisées par les salariés et prestataires,
• construction of resource allocation rules according to employee profiles,
• onboarding/mobility/offboarding workflow,
• tracking of allocations/disallocations in the employee’s life cycle,
• inventories of equipment, badges, cars, etc.

The Lucca data that will be synchronized as part of this integration will depend on the settings on the Pyla side and concern:

• Lucca collaborator data according to what has been configured in the Pyla association interface.
