QuickMS

Created in 2018 and part of the candide Group (380 employees), QuickMS publishes, among other things, the GrafiQ solution, HR BI software.

The GrafiQ solution lets you automate all your HR reporting and produce your mandatory reports (BDESE, Index, Bilan Social) in just a few clicks.

Main features

The main features are:

• by importing DSN and/or any other data source, you have access to over 1,700 pre-calculated HR indicators,
• access to customizable HR dashboards that you can easily share with all managers,
• the solution automates the production of reports such as the BDESE or the calculation of the F/H index.

Synchronized data

The Lucca data that will be synchronized as part of this integration is:

• employee’s name,
• employee’s first name,
• login,
• professional e-mail,
• contract start date,
• contract end date,
• date of birth,
• number.

Absence information:

• date of absence,
• absence start date,
• end date of absence,
• first name of the employee concerned,
• absence account number,
• absence account name,
• whether the absence is validated or not,
• in the event of cancellation of absence – date of cancellation and name of person making the cancellation.
