Our partner offers employees a memorable, tailor-made experience that adapts to all their uses. Thanks to a card and an app, they can easily spend and manage their meal vouchers. Swile also saves HR management time, thanks to an intuitive platform and responsive support.

For the employee:

  • dematerialized card from day one,
  • unlimited payments thanks to the card relay option*,
  • a mobile app to manage expenses in real time.

For the admin:

  • delivery of cards to employees’ offices or homes,
  • a space where you can easily manage your beneficiaries,
  • a preferential subscription rate, thanks to this exclusive partnership.

Synchronized data

Swile will use the “number of days to load” provided by the Titres-restaurants application to fund meal voucher cards.

This number is based on several factors, including:

  • the employee’s theoretical number of working days,
  • number of public holidays, number of part-time days,
  • leaves and absences entered in Timmi Absences,
  • expense claims or invitations declared in Cleemy Expenses.

Swile will also receive essential beneficiary information, including surname, first name, e-mail address and date of birth, as well as the location of their establishment, directly from the Titres-restaurants application.

*You are not limited by the €25 daily spending limit authorized for restaurant voucher payments if you combine your CB. However, you cannot top up your meal vouchers beyond €250 per transaction.
